You get what you pay for in movers and these guys are pretty cheap. They did the job, but showed up nearly 4 hours late which is totally unacceptable for movers. They provided no excuse for their delay.
Professional and friendly guys. Took a lot of care with our furniture and items. They did a great job and worked very hard! Super efficient. I couldn’t believe they fit all of my things in the truck for one trip. Will use again for my next move!
Great experience, hard workers, everything moved properly and finished in the time they quoted
Exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable. Professional on time. I would definitely recommend for any move.
Being that my move was scheduled for the afternoon, it was delayed a little because of the first move that day. Bill gave me a discount and a fourth mover for free as a result! I was incredibly impressed with the organization, communication, and careful handling of my items! The movers were all very kind and constantly offering to help with whatever I needed. I would highly recommend!
This team was great! I booked them last minute after getting gouged by another business I used last time. They arrived on time. Crew was polite, professional and throural. It was yes ma'am, no ma'am. I will use them again next time and refer them to all of my friends and family.
Movers were there promptly and it was obvious from the beginning that they were knowledgeable about the job at hand. They were thorough, efficient and just very professional. I had been trying to get my treadmill moved for some time, and I am very glad that they were able to accommodate me. Wonderful job!
The movers were amazing. They were quick and professional. Thank you so much for handling this move on short term notice.
I’ve never had such an amazing experience with a company the efficiency of this company is outstanding! I reached out to this company this morning at 8am and was out by noon the same day to get the job done in such a timely matter. I reached out to numerous companies asking about prices all were $500 plus , with Metro Smart Moves you can’t compare there prices to anyone in the whole metro Detroit area!!! I highly recommend Sr Randolph and his team. Will use them again in the near future!
