Mark was very thorough in installing our new Orbi mesh router. He encountered a few challenges but solved each one promptly. It’s obvious he has vast experience in computer systems & knows how to keep them operational and secure!

Mark reached out immediately to coordinate meeting up to set up my printer. Acter talking to him over the phone he advised I purchase a Canon printer because it works well with my Mac computer. I took his advice and I definitely think it was the right call. Before meeting me he went to Staples to buy the printer for me. He then dashed over to my place and executed the job masterfully. Mark taught me how to use my printer correctly and walked me through the process of replacing the ink. He was quick to connect and quick to deliver. I highly recommend this Pro!
Mark was incredibly responsive and quite obviously knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem with my home computer, suggest remedial actions and even obtained a great discount on the purchase of a replacement computer. In addition, he set up the new computer, advised us of improvements to our security measures, and installed uninterruptable power sources for both of our computers to protect against another power surge causing damage to our home computers. Was having problems with a new motherboard I put into my computer, and was eventually able to fix it after very professional, and descriptive tips and advice of all the possible causes/problems it could’ve been.
