I requested an estimate and these folks are asking me to pay $125 for a “service call” The quote itself wasn’t clear and when I asked for one portion of the project to be done the price changed and increased by 50% When I asked them to clarify why I’m being charged when nothing was done but a site estimate, not for anything that was broken but just for an install I got hammered with texts about paying for the estimate. Awful customer service and experience

Reviews
The team did a great job on the project, but what impressed me the most was their excellent communication—it made everything straightforward and simple.
They did a good job with installing the doorbell very quickly. very much pleased.
He did a great job it took longer than he thought and my wife loves the new bathroom exhaust fans.
He did a great job and I would definitely hire him again
I brought Smart Services out to install new lighting at my front and back doors. I have done light electrical work myself in the past, but I wanted a professional this time. I'm glad I did. He had to run out to Lowe's and pick up some additional items and then successfully completed the install.
Carlos came over - explained what I needed. He went right to work and got it completed. Very nice - professional- and great job! Kudos Carlos !
I had a bad job done with my kitchen renovations leading to a non working brand new dish washer and some electrical hazards. I’m talking house fire scary. He was so responsive he was in and out in like 30 minutes. So kind as well! Saved our house and my hands!!
Great service and quick responded and came out the same day. Will use again!
I hired Carlos for repairs and he caused more damage than what had been there before.
