I've been through several remodels over the years, and most of the time I wouldn't call the contractor again. No project ever goes without some issues. It's how they are handled. We really enjoyed working with Michael. He went out of his way to work with us and make sure we got the product we wanted and could be proud of. He handled our changes gracefully and steered us away from costly mistakes. We highly recommend him.

Michael assisted me in creating architectural plans for a major bathroom remodel project, converting a Jack & Jill bathroom into two separate bathrooms. He was patient throughout the process, guiding me step by step to secure the Frisco city permit. Michael also brought in a structural engineer to ensure the remodel maintained the structural integrity of the home. I appreciated his expertise and support through out the process.
We have just begun our project, so what I can speak to now is how Michael listens and explains the process. I look forward to working with him.
Michael is a true professional he listened to my ideas and turned them into plans that exceeded
Wow! Where do I start? If I could give Michael 10 stars, I would. His professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness certainly helped us when we were screwed over by a previous “architect/GC.” The DFW area is infested with a lot of con men/women, however, you can not go wrong with Memar Interior. The city approved the our plans with minimum corrections needed. Additionally, when I contacted MI for corrections, he delivered the corrections within hours. His services are definitely worth the peace of mind you’ll get knowing that your plans will get through any city’s temperamental plans and permits labyrinths.
Very pleased with his work!
Michael was extremely helpful, responsive and above all he was very professional. His rendering was very detailed and clearly marked. Very pleased with his services.
Mi Design is the best company and Memar is an excellent person I am really happy with his work and personality
Easy to work with!
I contacted Memar interiors remotely from overseas to prepare for a refurb project and was very limited in the time scale that I needed to deliver the detailed plans. He was very thorough in the process and asked all the right questions, he visited the property 2 occasions in my absence and for that I'm very grateful as this was above and beyond my expectations in the service that was hoping to be provided. I'm very impressed with the turnaround time and will definitely highly recommend Memar Interiors as they are very professional and know what they are talking about.
Memar Interiors was hired to create a floor plan, we where very pleased with what they created and Michael was informative and professional. Will definitely use them in the future. Outstanding job overall.
