Never showed after confirm by phone and text very unprofessional
I want to share my experience in a factual and respectful way. The HVAC technician arrived at the property but did not wait for the property managers as scheduled and began work before I was present. By the time I arrived, a component had already been cut off, which I had not authorized at that time. There may have been a misunderstanding, but the situation highlighted the importance of clear communication and confirming approval before starting any work. I believe customers benefit when all parties are present and aligned on the scope of service beforehand. I hope this feedback encourages stronger coordination in the future.
The guy was very courteous. He did a great job overall they didn’t take a lot of time and I’m just glad to have my light switches and outlets working.
Very personable and friendly guy that installed my electrical outlets.
Repaired/Replaced laundry room light.
Best experience I've had working with an electrician by far! I will definitely be back for the next project. Thanks for doing such a great, professional job.
We did not end up using their services, but they were so punctual, professional, and responsive. Would absolutely hire in the future!
Great value. They were quick, clean and very fairly priced. My wife was happy there was nothing to clean after they finished :)
This company got back to mid day the following day and quoted $1250 for a job that was done already by the time they quoted. The job was done for $200. This company clearly charges a premium and in this case its NOT you get what you pay for. I had a tremendous experience for my $200. I just saved $1,050 not working with this company.
