He was a consummate professional, punctual, exceptionally competent, etc. He was able to repair my laptop expeditiously!!!
I was initially quoted services starting at $80 an hour. The tech arrived and fixed the issue in 10 mins or less. Fantastic tech, no issues with him. My issue is when I was given a total of $291 for a 10 minute job with no parts used. The issue was a cable being in the wrong port. I attempted to reach the owner, Michael, and he stated he was sorry for the confusion and it was because I was outside of their normal radius-even though they chose their service radius. This is shady business at its finest. Was I expecting a free invoice due to it being a 10 minute job, absolutely not. I was fine paying the $80 because a trip was made and a service was rendered. However $291. That’s ridiculous.
He showed up on time and fixed my issues.

Ive Used this company twice and going on my third time. I manage employees nationwide and sometimes, it’s hard to get an on-site IT to help with our employee needs. I had to hire another person to fix his job. He had hooked up all his cat5 connectors backwards. He had me order 175 dollars of parts that the new guy said were obsolete. After spending a whole day off work and 250 dollars. I paid a new guy 250 and he just ran a new cat6 cable and was done in a few hours. The new guy could not believe what Michael had done. Charged me, or what he had me buy.
Michael was very responsive, polite and fixed my issues!
