About Michael Lockwood
I work very closely with each client to meet their specific needs and requests when designing/developing their floor plans. The thing I enjoy most is collaborating with each client to create a plan that they will love.
Reviews
We hired Mike Lockwood to redesign our house plans we purchased off the internet. He was professional, thorough, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Lockwood Designs to anyone in need of ground-up house plans, redesigning or reconfiguring of existing plans, or any modifications to your home.
Took the time to explain everything and did not stop until the job was completely.
He cancelled numerous meetings, ignored emails and requests for updates and failed to meet any of his own deadlines for sending drafts. Retained a large portion of my deposit despite doing almost no work.
We hired Mike for a full residential construction design job. We had to unfortunately hire someone else to finish things due to time constraints on our end. The majority was completed by Mike, and what was done was done very well. If you have a more flexible timeline than we do, Mike is a great hire at an actual affordable price.
Sen him message 3 or 4 times, till I ask him are you interested or not then he replay, I will call you never did send him a message again nothing yes nothing thank you for wasting my time .
Michael has gone over and beyond for our project!! We have made several revisions, and he is quick to make updates, and return with everything we have asked for! Especially when dealing with cory permits, it can be tricky and Michael has made the process easy! Thank you!!
Unfortunately, the small project was never completed and after a few months of waiting patiently, despite being told "it will be completed next week" multiple times, another person was hired. This other person has completed the job. I DO NOT recommend this person for your project, unless you don't mind waiting forever. :)
I adore Mike. Work was high quality, price was phenomenal. Hire him and you won't regret it.
Thank you Michael for you insight and professionalism. All my plans are in line and he was supportive as far as assisting me with documents and orientation at the City office. Very satisfied with his work and dedication. Definitely, willing to work again with a new project and highly recommend him.
