Reviews
I had a great experience with Miche pest control service! Sean did everything I asked and then some—went above and beyond for real. He was thorough, professional, and made sure every area was taken care of. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job, not just rushing through it. Definitely would recommend!
Unresponsive after multiple calls and was ghosted on Thumbtack
Would highly recommend the service. Amazing interaction and professional
This company bombarded me with email and texts for my appointment window where they indicated they would arrive (8-12 pm). On the day of- they were a no call no show. Complete crickets related to ANY communication all day regarding what was going on. I then received a text later that evening close to 6 pm with a generic message about the appointment being rescheduled for the following day due to “technician issues.” While i completely understand that things happen-the lack of communication to relay what is going on is completely unacceptable. Schedule at your own risk.
Super responsive. Provided a detailed report after coming out to see what the issue was. Zero pressure or pushy sales. Would definitely recommend
GREAT JOB
They are wonderful! They are quick and attentive to my needs. I am really enjoying my service with Miche.
The technician noticed an opening that I didn't catch before and believed that pests were using this opening to enter the house. She plugged the opening with foam and proceeded to treat the property with the necessary treatment. During the final inspection both she and I noticed a bumblebee trying to get into the now plugged opening. The technician did an excellent job and I'll be using this service again.
I was duped into signing a one-year contract with this company. Please stay away and don’t trust anything their tech has to say. They’ve limited capabilities and were failed to seal gaps properly that rodents chewed on. I had to hire Terminix to fix their shoddy job. The tech never provided any photos and they continued to claim the foaming used wasn’t chewed. As you can see, that wasn’t the case. Terminix provided photos along with a detailed report of their shoddy job. They knew from the get-go that the work was out of their scope and I had no option but to terminate my contract within a few days after signing. They also charged me a $200 cancelation fee and the cost of their first visit $224 even though they failed to fulfill their job. Any company that values its customers and has good ethics would have granted a full refund based on the shoddy and uncompleted job, but that wasn’t the case.
Eden was very professional and knowledgeable in setting up the best places to prevent future rodent issues.
These guys have literally come to my rescue twice in the last 2 years. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind! I could not recommend them more.
They did a great job and I’m glad we have them on call for a year!
Excellent service no rodents for two years hoping to use them again
respond to project details rather than copy & pasted generic unsolicited service spiel
Miche Pest Control charges a very fair price for great service & pest control. Definitely recommend them!
