I’ve had the pleasure of working with Thomas with Midlands Restoration. He was the only Restoration company that reached out to me during my time of need. He came out the same day that I called him assessed the issue and went to work right away. He prevented me from having more damage than what I would have had, had I not had a Restoration company come out to my home. I highly recommend Midland Restoration. Ask for Thomas. He is indeed professional, timely, courteous, and reliable.

Not sure of this company??? I was trying to get an estimate but they kept on trying to get me to sign some document. Other contractors who gave estimates never made me sign a document for an estimate???? I decided not to proceed.
They came out to handle an inspection for us and were incredibly professional, thorough, and punctual. They took the time to explain everything clearly and assured the results will be back to us quickly. Excellent, honest service from start to finish. We would absolutely use them again!
I was blessed to have found someone to give me an estimate and when I found this company, the response was immediate, and when Thomas got to my disastered home he was so kind and professional. The damages have literally made me ill and I'm so thankful for Thomas and this business taking care of my situation. I literally cried with relief that finally someone cared and that my situation will improve. Thank you
Thomas provided outstanding service! He responded to my message within five minutes and arrived at my house in about two hours to inspect the leak in my garage roof. He quickly identified the issue and immediately got the necessary elbow pipe to fix the leak. His efficiency was impressive, and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Thomas, and I will definitely reach out to him again for any future projects!
