I arranged this move a few days ago. I am disabled and I needed to get the stuff out of my storage and it isn’t even a lot of stuff. I was willing to pay $250 for an hour and a half worth of work for them. I tried to get a hold of them to confirm last night nothing I tried to get a hold of them this morning at 8:30. Nothing I called them right before 10 o’clock. I got a hold of someone. He was rude. He sounded like he forgot that he even scheduled it. He said he would be here at 11 o’clock. I have been here since 1030 and nothing. My father passed away last night and this was my last chance to get this done for a while. Thank you midnight movers.

These guys were very responsive. I ended up canceling my furniture move for reasons unrelated to the company and they were very professional and friendly. I will not hesitate to contact them again for any furniture move.

The service was great. The movers did a great job but after using this service, I do have a missing box and I’m not sure if it happened to get less in the truck or it was missed when we were picking stuff up out of the garage but just FYI, if something shows up where there’s been a missing box since December that would be mine thank you so much

Adam and son AJ work as a good team, communicating, showing up on time and getting the job done! We had several heavy pieces that Aj and his helper moved quickly and safely. Would definitely call them again.

Edit: Now this guy is lying in the review response. Do not hire this company if you want HONEST people handling your items. The fridge being delivered to the wrong address has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that you literally never showed up and never reached out to reschedule. If you were going to show up later why didn't you? Exactly. The fridge was delivered on time to my mother's house by mistake that's why we arranged for a mover to come so it could be delivered to our house. I even tried to schedule outside of the delivery window in case they were delayed but he scheduled me at 3:30. My first call to him was at 1:18 where I told him the fridge may be delayed and asked to reschedule which he did not reschedule me. As you can see, I texted him and said I would call him because he said to call him when it gets delivered and the call went completely quiet right at the end of the conversation. I never hung up on him about this, and I was very understanding and respectful on both phone calls despite his crappy attitude and I was willing to wait or reschedule. I called him immediately when the fridge was delivered, at which point he did NOT inform me that they sent the driver to Sante Fe during this call 30 minutes prior to my appointment time at 2:57. He said he had a driver on stand-by and he would call me back. He never called back. He let me go to voicemail when I called him 40 minutes later at 3:41pm. I then texted him again 10 minutes after he did not answer as you can see in the screenshot where he informed me they sent the driver elsewhere. I said thanks for letting me know and never heard anything from him again that evening. This guy is clearly a liar. If you don't want bad reviews, then don't be shady and own up to your mistakes. Shame on you. Never showed up and basically ghosted me. Yesterday I scheduled for them to pick up at fridge for me at 3:30 and the guy Adam let me know to call him if anything changes. The fridge delivery was showing it was delayed so I called him to ask to reschedule possibly to the next day. He said to give him a call when it gets delivered and he will see if we can still get it done the same day. I called him around 3:00 to let him know the fridge was on time and we are still set for our appointment. He did not have a nice attitude on the phone both times he sounded annoyed that someone would dare to call his phone. He told me had a driver on standby and he was going to call him and then call me right back. He never called me back. I called him again at 3:40 and he let me go to voicemail. So I texted him and asked if they are not coming. He said they sent the driver to Sante fe and the guy won’t be back til 5:30 and he’s looking for another driver. So I guess he was not on standby. I said thanks for letting me know. He never reached back out. I understand sending the driver somewhere else and even having to reschedule, however the lack of communication is completely unprofessional and so was his attitude. We could not hire anyone else this last minute and the delivery company could not get it into the yard so it had to be moved immediately. We had to get a U-Haul and my bf and I struggled to get this fridge in so much a guy stopped and helped us because I am just not strong enough to move it. My bf was extremely late to work. Not only did this cause a massive inconvenience it also costed us more bc my bf missed out on hours. Do better and learn some better customer service.

Although we ran into some issues during the packing process when I reached out to the company Adam was incredibly kind understanding and responsive to the issues. He took my concerns seriously and went above and beyond to make things right. Moving is already stressful so I really appreciated the way he handled everything. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this honest and caring company for all your moving needs!

Warning: Bad experience with Midnight Movers ABQ! ​I am writing this to warn others: do not hire Midnight Movers ABQ. My experience with them was terrible from start to finish. The team lacks basic politeness and professionalism, and they treated my items with such negligence that they ended up being damaged. I’m sharing this so no one else has to deal with the frustration and destruction I’ve experienced.

Very disappointed… I have recommended and use Midnight with great success in the past. Last week Midnite confirmed my moving day and when the day came for moving, Midnite never showed up. With no regard for my move and my schedule. My recommendation is not to bother calling or scheduling they won’t show up.

I had reserved this company weeks ago to help me through a difficult move since I’m still recovering from major spinal surgery. I hired them to help me initially move on the 1st of June. Unfortunately I ended taking a hard fall and could not move so the move was pushed back two weeks. Now a couple days before they won’t answer my messages and now I’m scramming to figure out help at the last minute. You should be ashamed. I advise anyone to reconsider before doing actual business.

They were originally supposed to arrive at 10. Pushed back the time to 11:30 and ceased contact. They eventually showed up after 12. The job took less than an hour and when I talked on the phone the previous day $95 was agreed upon as was stated on their profile. Nowhere on their profile did it require a minimum payment. We ended up being charged $190 and they are refusing to communicate. It's not only false advertisement, but poor business practice to shake a customer down for money when the were EXTREMELY late and the job took less than an hour.
