First of all, let me tell you. The two people who came were nice. My place had gotten real messy and I needed some help. I have a chronic back condition thst makes cleaning significantly pain inducing. The job mainly involved bagging trash and decluttering. I gave explicit directions. Please toss the trash and put items of a kind in one spot. There was a lot of mail. I asked please put the mail in one spot and don't throw it away. zi said supplements, please put them in one spot as well. I let them know if you have any questions please let me know. Im right in the next room. At one point, they ask me, what you want to do with the hot sauce and protein powder? I said please keep it. At first when they were done it looked like they did a good job, until I noticed certain things were missing, like my bag of kratom. I realize at that point that its thrown away. Its something zi take nightly for pain. Then I start opening trash bags and it gets much worse. They didnt just throw away the kratom. They threw away numerous other things. Shockingly, that included mail, supplements, protein powder, and hot sauce, things I specifically said do not throw away. On top of that, numerous other items were thrown away that were clearly not trash. Those items include a brand new bluetooth/wi-fi antenna for my motherboard, a whole roll of cat6 ethernet cable, shampoo, a vaporizer, a brand new kava Shaker bottle I bought a couple weeks ago, clothes, sunglasses, chargers and, a brand new unopened energy dink. I did not even open up all the trash bags, that was about a 1/5 of them. Who knows what other things that are clearly not trash that they threw away. Then, the pinnacle, I reach out to the owner to explain my grievances. They maintain they are entirely not at fault. Said the place was cluttered and certain things could be "mistaken for trash." Seriously? Tell me, do these things sound like trash to you? What about the things I explicitly said not to throw away? Owner then tells me thst I wasnt around to help them distinguish. Im in a single story smaller house. I told them right at the start, look, I'll be in this room, let me know if you have questions about anything. I asked the owner what I thought to be as a generous (to them), refund, half of the 460 I paid. As compensation for the hour I spent digging through trashbags and the value of my things that were trashed (it would have been worth more than that) No, the owner says, we performed the agreed service for the time agreed upon. Really? Where did we agree to my actual things being thrown away. Truly messed up my night. Not worth it at all. Hire this place if you want your stuff indiscriminately thrown away with the owner of the business totally indifferent.

the first cleaning was disappointing, many spots were missed. They offered to send someone again the next day to fix the remaining dirty parts. The second cleaning was satisfactory.
Hired this company for a deep cleaning quoted at $300 (estimated 3 hours, 2 people). I specifically disclosed beforehand that there were toys around and was told it wouldn’t be an issue, was told the crew would simply set them aside. The crew spent less than 2 hours on-site, cut corners, and left visible debris, un-swept floors, dirty bathroom edges, and cobwebs with spiders still hanging in the corners. When presented with photo evidence, the response was argumentative—claiming a deep clean requires an empty house (but even open surfaces were poorly cleaned) and that leaving early for $225 was doing us a favor. In reality, we paid a higher hourly rate for work that fell short of even a basic standard clean. Very disappointed with the quality and attitude.
They did a wonderful job cleaning some difficult areas in my house. They performed a deep clean on a 60 year old set of tubs that look like new. I had contractors say that the tubs would never clean up this way - the tubs cleaned beyond expectations! I would definitely hire them again.
The lady was constantly on her phone and hardly put any effort in cleaning. Very poor quality cleaning products and did not even do basic cleaning. When I asked about microwave cleaning, she lied that she cleaned, where as she did not even open the microwave (I was sitting there whole time and I was watching from the passing). The counter top was super sticky even after her claimed cleaning! The kitchen floor was sticky and dirty! The basic stains in bathrooms were not removed. In the name of standard cleaning, she did not even touch many surfaces. Very disappointing work. I have been using cleaning through Thumbtack for a while and have great experience so far, except this one-off, this was the worst one. Not at all acceptable level of cleaning, would not recommend.
