My hardwood floor was in terrible shape due to neglect. Baked in thick wax and dirt. I called COIT, Steamer guy and otherservice company. All gave me an inflated estimate with no guarantee of good turnout; they even suggested to replace my floor. I hired Miguel and hoped for the best. He turned my floor into something unexpected. It was like magic.Miguel is dependeple, hardworking, the best person you can work with. He's awesome. I recommend home whole heartedly.

Nice job. A little pricey, but we are satisfied. I would recommend Bay Area Flooring for buff-out and re-seal!
Miguel did a great job and in timely manner installing laminate flooring.. highly recommend
What a great decision going with Miguel Velazquez to refinish our hardwood floors! The floors are probably original to the house which was built in the early 1940's, and they now look brand new. We were only going to sand, seal, coat one bedroom floor which was pretty worn, and clean/coat the rest, but once we saw how great the bedroom looked after the initial sanding, we decided to sand and fully refinish all the floors. Miguel and Manuel were meticulous, efficient and offered a very fair price for the work. One of the best decisions we've made in a while. I can't recommend their work highly enough!!
He was extremely communicative and responsive. Showed up on time, finished early, and my daughter was even in the room next door sleeping the whole time. I’m going to be hiring again for the upstairs come time! Thank you so much!
Miguel and team did a great job installing this LVP in an irregular shaped kitchen. Looks great and Miguel was very responsive throughout.
Exceptional hardwood floor installers. We have a 1940 home in San Francisco and unfortunately water got on the floors, warped and ruined it. I contacted Miguel and he gave me pre-instructions over the phone on how to take care of it and he was there the following day to replace my hardwood floors. I am very grateful and highly recommend!!
Quick to arrange and quick to repair the damaged flooring.
Miguel did an and amazing job on my floor! He was punctual and professional! He was flexible and explained me all the pros and cons for the solutions! He will be our go to person for any future floor issue!
Miguel did a FANTASTIC job identifying the problem with our damaged wooden floors and walked us through the various solutions to fix the problem. He was incredibly prompt with his communications and extremely professional when laying out costs, timeframes and scope of work. I would highly recommend his services.
Miguel was super professional and fast. I asked if he can come and he said next day. I was shocked, I’m used to waiting for several days or having people cancel on me at the last minute. It was an awesome experience! I’m going to hire him again for another property thanks Miguel!
Miguel gave an estimate. He came on time and did an excellent job. It took him longer than anticipated, but he insisted on the lower payment. Very professional and would definitely use again. Thanks, Miguel.
Miguel did a fantastic job on refinishing our hardwood floor in Napa. He is punctual, and communicates well. What I liked most about Miguel is that he showed me videos of the progress work every day so I can see how things are going. Thanks for the work!
Great work
Very impressed with the flooring repair work done today. High quality, fair pricing, and great service. Very much recommended!
Great guy to work with. Extremely happy with his work
What a nice , professional team. Miguel was quite communicative, flexible with logistics, and his whole crew was professional. I’d hire them all again.
He was one of the first to respond to me via Thumbtack. I sent him a picture of the job I wanted done and he responded back to me that he could do the job and could complete it with a couple of days. I negotiated with him a price and start date and time. He did a great job. I would use him again.
Miguel and his team did a wonderful job restoring our floors that had water damage in the entryways to the deck and the backyard. The wood was distorted and curled, and Miguel and the team made it look new again. Without a doubt, I will hire Miguel and his team for future projects.
I needed to get the house refurbished a bit, and hardwood floors can help, much like repainting for walls. I had a living room sanded/finished. The stairs were cleaned and coated. I asked for a sand and finish on a section of the kitchen and love how it turned out!! Miguel’s team does outstanding work and if you can, I recommend giving your wooden floors some care. The improvements are immediate!
