Mike responded to my post quickly and showed up on time. His profile says $150 for a service call, but when I asked him his price directly through a text message he said he would quote me after looking at the job. He spent roughly 30 minutes at my house adjusting the fill valve in my toilet. He didn’t have to use any of his tools aside from the flashlight on his iPhone, and he didn’t have to supply any parts. He never told me a price before doing the work or while doing it. When he was done and I asked him how much, he charged me $200 which I consider to be overpriced for the service he provided. I greatly appreciated his responsiveness and punctuality, but not his cost.
