Milan Landscaping

Eric and his crew Sergio and Sergio did a beautiful job paving an area in my back yard . They removed some grass and smoothed it out very nice and laid down red bricks that exactly match the existing ones . They were very professional and on time and left the yard very clean .The price was the best of three estimates I had gotten and the work was top notch! I’m planning to have Eric do some more work on another area I need some help with .I would highly recommend Milan Landscaping.

Milan was one of the best experiences I've had working on a home project. Eric was highly responsive and the work was scheduled and executed very quickly - the quote was precise and everything was communicated clearly. The project was to install a concrete pad needed for batteries for a solar project and Eric made sure to connect with that provider to ensure the work was correctly specified to meet those requirements. I highly recommend Milan for any landscaping project and I will be going to them first for all my future projects - an excellent team!

Eric and his crew led by Adrian did a wonderful job removing my old redwood deck and installed a paver patio in is place. Everything was done in about 3.5 days. The only issue I had was with some communication issues regarding arrival times for work and some minor repairs of damage during demo. All was resolved thru Eric without a problem.

Yelp does not offer enough stars to give Milan Pavers. I've rarely met a team that took as much pride and care in their work as Eric's team at Milan Pavers. We had a complex project that required innovative design, challenging logistics, and some changes during the process. Eric and his team were exceptionally dedicated, responsive, and—let me emphasize this again— 100% committed to doing the job right. I talked with dozens of contractors. None were better, or offered more value for money. If you're planning a big project, and you want it done well, then give Milan Pavers a call. Once you spend the time designing the project you want, you can trust Milan to do everything possible to achieve that (and make it even better).

Eric was amazing from the start. He gave quote within 24hrs and started work fast! He was my only quote able to do both rock landscaping and turf, this was huge for me. I love my beautiful yard now. See my before and after photos! If you use this company you will be VERY happy.

I worked with Eric and was very pleased with his work ethic and professionalism. My pavers were installed with precision and look beautiful. I then moved on to my turf installation and am completely satisfied with their work. If I had more work to complete I would not think twice about using their service again. I recommend them to anyone that was in need of their products. They did a great job. Five stars for Milan Pavers and Turf.

Eric the owner of Milan pavers & turf, was by far the most helpful, patient, and knowledgeable out of all the contractors I selected to come out for my project. His team is very dedicated and had great attention to detail. Overall we are very satisfied with his service he has provided for us. We definitely would recommend him for your turf or pavers project! We definitely look forward to working with him again for our next project which will be our pavers driveway!

Eric and his crew took care of our front and backyard remodel. I highly recommend consulting with him and using his service. Eric is a problem solver, honest, hands-on and coordinate alongside with his crew members. There were minor communication mishaps that lead to re-doing my stairs paving, but he didn't waste time blaming anyone and rather focused on solving the problem whenever possible, which he and his team accomplished during the Jul 4th holiday. I'll seek out for his help in the future without hesitation

I recently had artificial grass installed by Milan and was very happy with the outcome. Eric and his team (Sergio et al) are very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious! We live in San Francisco and sometimes there are challenges with parking, narrow streets and homes, but Eric and his team made it work. We also had a slight delay on the turf delivery due to a temporary stock out, but Eric worked with the supplier to minimize the delay. I highly recommend Milan and we love our new yard!

Eric was fantastic! He responded quickly each time I reached out, proactively shared exactly what he would do, and then executed at a very high level. He also did an excellent job working/coordinating with another contractor that was doing other work in an overlapping part of the yard. Looking forward to working with Eric again!

Overall, it was a somewhat negative experience. They left my grass badly damaged. They never fully cleaned up (the owner said he was going to come back and power power wash the mess he left on my back patio, but he never did). The team cleaned their tools over my rocks and left them dirty... The quality of work was just okay. They installed pavers and I asked for a level surface, but it didn't turn out to be level. They were quick to accept the job and complete it... I'll give them that.

Eric and his crew couldn’t have been better. I always felt that we had a shared commitment to produce a product which was the best quality at the best price and in a timely manner. If you want a pleasant experience and a quality installation, choose Milan.

Thanks Eric! He gave me a quick estimate that was extremely competitive and he was able to get to my small turf job asap. I wasn't home for the install, but his crew did a great job; there was one minor issue, but they came out the next day as he indicated and addressed it! I'm impressed and very happy with their service.

I started my backyard project a couple of weeks back on a tight deadline. I contacted Erik on Thumbtack and was able to get a quick estimate along with recommendations at the job site. We put a plan in place for him and he got started on the job right away. He completed Paver installation Fencing work new grass landscape lighting Gazebo installation , new planters and so much more. There were a lot of edits along with different ideas that I kept throwing at him and he never seem to be fazed, in fact he took them and brought them to life along with a lot of his personal design ideas. Some of the qualities that Erik has is that he is a man of his word, he’s punctual , professional and very easy to communicate with. Moreover his team is great and very trustworthy. I would recommend Erik for any outdoor landscaping needs you may have. Attaching a few pictures to showcase his job.
