Ben and Tom were incredible. They quoted a really reasonable price and had all the work complete within a week of contacting them. We had to get our fireplace chemically cleaned after the previous owner neglected it for 20 years. Look at the before and after! They also repaired our crown and guaranteed the work for 10 years
Mile High communicated with me, giving me updates and pictures. They started and finished the job promptly with quality workmanship. I was updated on pricing and given an accurate quote before the job was started. I am so happy with the job they did and would recommend them to friends and family.

Working with Ben was great. He always replied back to me in a timely manner. He gave me a quote and explained what he was going to do with my fireplace. My double sided glass fireplace needed to be cleaned. The glass looks much better even though the fireplace is over 20 years old.

I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars because of the way that Ben, the manager/owner handled the situation. While he offered to come back and fix what his employee failed to do, I decided it was better to get a partial refund and hire someone else. Ben was professional and courteous throughout the process, and he was absolutely the first one to reach out initially. It appears that he takes great pride in his business, and sometimes things happen. The employee that arrived was extremely unprofessional. The employee arrived without a ladder and had to leave to go buy one during our appointment. He did not speak any English whatsoever; we had to use Google Translate. He could not appropriately address my concerns, and left spray foam throughout the fireplace when that is why I hired them. When I asked him to clean it off, instead of using appropriate solvent, he grabbed Windex. He kept saying that everything was ok, when it clearly was not. Additionally, the employee was trying to get me to hire him for unrelated tasks, trying to undercut his employer. To top it off, after Ben and I had agreed on a partial refund, the employee reached out to me to argue with me over the issue. The only reason that I upgraded my star rating is that Ben was super professional about it. I sent the text thread from the employee to Ben, and the employee was terminated on the spot. It's hard to run a good business. As they say, if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.

Ben was awesome to work with. He worked on both a gas and wood burning fireplace at our property. He cleaned each one, fully repaired the crowns with new cement and waterproofing, and installed chimney caps/spark arrests. This was in order for us to sell the property, he was quick to respond and schedule and was on time. He was a great price and the work was top notch. Thanks Ben!
