Excellent work done for painting window shutters and main door. very good communication and were punctual. I would recommend to anyone
From the start, Wagner was personable, detailed, and very responsive with communication. They started on our project faster than expected, and were committed to customer satisfaction. Even afterwards. And suggested and made quality improvements to our home, which were necessary all at a very fair price. We are very happy with the trim work and the painting of our home. Thank you, Wagner and team for all your hard work. We are receiving compliments on our home already!
Wagner and his team surprised me by how professional they were and their quality of work, which was outstanding. It was as if a relative was doing the job…with care and commitment. I’ve already told colleagues if they ever needed work done they should reach out to Wagner. There will be no need for me to look anywhere else in the future if I need any type of work done. They did over 8000 ft.² of new flooring, touchup paint where a Painter from a different company neglected to fix their own mistake and too many other things to list. Nothing was a problem for them. At first, I felt bad asking for things last minute, but Wagner never ever made me feel bad and assured me that whatever it was that I needed, he could do it or get someone else to do it. When the guys came to work, they worked their tail off. Never complained, never grumpy. I can’t stress enough how pleased I was with the entire experience. Terrific company and more than reasonable in cost.
Great value for the cost. The price was very fair and I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the work as I chose this contractor based on cost. That is not always the case.
Milena Construction did an excellent job restoring our basement after a flood. They installed new drywall, painted, and laid new floors, and everything came out beautifully. Their team was professional, hardworking, and easy to work with. We’re extremely happy with the final result and would gladly recommend them.
Great experience with Milena construction. Quick and easy communication. The job was done well and thoroughly. I’m going to hire them back. Great service. Very professional.
I recently hired Milena Construction to install 4 rooms on LV in my condo. They did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier with their work. Price was fair, floors look amazing and the crew was professional and polite. I will definitely work with this company again for other renovation needs.
Nice work on garage door paint
Wagner and his team did a phenomenal job. He listened to my concerns and was very responsive to our feedback throughout the process. The exterior painting made our house look like brand new construction. Their attention to detail was exceptional you can clearly see that Wagner cares deeply about his work and takes great pride in it. Thank you, Milena Construction. I feel lucky to have found you and will gladly recommend your services to friends, family, colleagues, and customers.
Excellent work. We are so happy with our vinyl siding paint job. The crew was so kind, always on time and stayed late to finish the job. Wagner was always a phone call or message away throughout the entire process. Especially to ask for clarity and when I changed my mind on a color. I would hire them again
Couldn't be happier about my experience with Milena Construction. THey quoted me a fair price for the job, showed up when they said they would, did a very professional job of sanding, priming and applying two coats of stain on my garage that had been neglected for many years. When they left everything was clean and back in order. The garage looks like new! I will definitely want to use Wagner and his crew for future exterior work
I had the pleasure of hiring Wagner to retile the bathroom at my business, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding quality of his work. From our very first conversation, his communication and follow-up were impeccable. He responded immediately whenever I reached out, and his attention to detail was simply incredible. Not only is Wagner highly skilled, but he’s also a genuinely respectful and kind person, which made working with him a great experience. I’ve hired contractors in the past, but there’s no comparison to the work Wagner and his crew delivered. They exceeded my expectations in every way. If I could give him 10 stars, I would, but since five is the limit, I’m happy to give him the highest possible rating. We’ve already discussed additional jobs, and I will absolutely be bringing him back for future projects. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, meticulous, and a true professional, Wagner is the person for the job!
They were very quick to get started. The work was done expediently (2 days). They painted the the trim and power washed the entire house. It looks awesome. The 2 gentlemen that performed the work were very professional and pleasant. The surrounding ground around the house was left as it was prior to the painting. I would absolutely hire them again. Thank you !!
Incredible job! The guys were all great and they took their time and really did it right. The color is perfect, the trim and doors are perfect. They even showed us where there is damage/rot and had a carpenter come and fix. Overall, I would give them a 20 out of 10. Will definitely hire again if needed.
