I am completely disappointed in the services this company provided. I read some reviews but the explanation by the company seemed legitimate so I booked anyway against my better judgment. Here are just a few photos from arriving home after cleaning was performed. I could keep posting them all day. The only errors the company acknowledges are the spot on my dishwasher and on the cabinet door in my daughter’s bathroom. They didn’t clean my fourth bedroom or my 3rd bathroom which were in the quote. we made sure everything was picked up and that the true work of dusting doing the bathrooms, floors, and baseboards would done (that we paid extra for). All three bathrooms had big misses in the shower. Lots of powder didn’t get cleaned up. And to top it all off- they blamed their short comings on my excessive pet hair from my three dogs (one of which is a Mini poodle and doesn’t shed). Yes there is pet hair - I stated that during the booking process but they claim to have vacuumed and moped several times (see dust bunnies below). I didn’t post picture of the floor and trash in my laundry room because as they pointed out is their reply to my message about my concerns, it wasn’t included in the quote. They also didn’t take out my kitchen trash, but because it was in the kitchen island door- they don’t claim responsibility. They did however tell me how they have many repeat customers that are very happy with the services they provided instead of being accountable for the poor job they did. Obviously will not be booking again. I booked this service because I legitimately needed help getting my house clean and spent hard earned money that I could have invested in a robot vacuum and gotten better results.

They asked me to pay the entire amount upfront. Then negotiated to pay 50% of the amount. After couple of days they came and said they cannot service my home. This is terrible and disappointing. Should not be listed on thumbtack.

Glass still dirty. They are manager said they can not remove the glue on the glass. And the people just clean 3 glasses and run away. And i still need pay the full payment. It’s terrible.
