Great experience! They were extremely communicative, helpful, and professional. Arrived on time and worked quickly. Absolutely would use them again
They damaged furniture, as well as wrapped and boxed items. They took 2 days, charged almost double without letting us know of the additional charges ahead of time. They do not help with packing, though they said they did. They didn't wrap glass wall hangings, pictures, but put them together in boxes, not where they fit. When I requested the owners contact info, they gave the phone number of a furniture store. The owner/manager was very nice, very concerned and offered to help, even though he/the store had nothing to do with my move.
I had the best experience with Milford’s! I would recommend these guys to everyone, they had me packed and unloaded in no time. Extremely professional and kind as well. I will 100% use them for all future moves

Highly recommended! I was most impressed with his communication. He reached out beforehand to ensure we were on the same page prior to starting the move. He confirmed the time of the appointment the day before, and was very responsive to my requests. They were on time and professional. My items were handled with care. I would hire them again.
They got things moved in record time while I was in the hospital. I had to rely on friends and family to show them what and where! They got me moved out and put things in storage in a way that was helpful to someone on social security. They are a blessing!
