He was very detail oriented to ensure proper drainage which hadn’t even occurred to me, then they worked quickly and communicated consistently in order to work around weather and deliver quickly. Working with Milla was an A+ experience. We had a small job and they were able to give an estimate by looking at pictures, saving us time scheduling a separate visit for an estimate. The crew did fantastic work and cleaned up. And Milla offered a very reasonable price. Will def hire again.
Unresponsive and unreliable. On Thumbtack, he appeared available at 8 PM, so I selected that option. However, he later informed me he wasn’t available at that time. I provided two alternative options but didn’t hear back for a week. Then, he texted asking if tomorrow would be a good time. How can you trust someone with a larger job if they lack the basic responsiveness to handle a simple text message? Now they claim that I didn't respond to them, I attached the screenshot.
MILLA Construction made me a 12x22 concrete patio and it turned out great, can’t wait to enjoy it!
Jose and Crew workmanship was detailed and professional. Jose suggested design ideas that was definitely cost effective better than ours. ( asked for advice). His crew was aware of the time sensitivity of the project and complete ahead of schedule. The cost affordable for such amazing quality. Definitely will hire again.
Our midcentury modern house was built at the time when one-car families were the norm. However, M & C Contractors LLC designed and constructed an enlarged two-car space that serves our needs and looks great at the front of our home! We found them easy-to-work with and are very pleased with results.
M&C did an awesome job on my driveway. The price was right, and they did better than promised. They arrived on time and completed the job right on time. The professionalism and workmanship is fantastic. My neighbors have been stopping by and giving praise about how my driveway looks. I am very pleased.
M&C’s team exceeded my expectations and helped me bring my vision to life on my new porch/walkway. Jose was very flexible in adjusting the design to meet my needs and walked me through the process to prep the site for the future addition of a portico. This included the placement of additional rebar. Would highly recommend and will use them for future projects. I absolutely love walking up to my house each day now!
