Reviews
We were looking for local plumbers to help with two toilet repairs; we needed to replace the flanges and wax rings. Thumbtack had an option to get quotes from 3 different plumbers. The first one to respond was Mint Plumbing. Even though we were not in a rush, they had a same-day appointment. Both toilets were repaired, are no longer leaking, and are properly attached. David and Shawn were awesome; they were courteous and completed the repairs faster than expected. We researched online what to expect to pay for these repairs. Their estimate was fair, and the final invoice matched the estimate. We were very satisfied with the price and service. Call them; you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Great communication skills, very helpful and honest.
Highly recommend this company. Extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable.
I called for someone to fix my shower doors. They came off the track, and the rubber piece to hold doors in place came loose. Mint plumbing called me right away. Came within an hour. My door works great now. They did a great job. I didn’t give them 5 stars. I felt the price was a little high for work done. I looked it up though and minor repairs for doors was 150-300. Was charged 225.00. M
Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and fastidious. Quote was reasonable and honest compared to competitors. I plan to hire them for future maintenance on water heater and any plumbing needs. Customer service is a 15/10! Grateful for the quick remediation.
Came out the same night and did a great job snaking the drain!
I cannot say enough great things about Manuel and Mint Plumbing! We originally had them come out to install two new faucets, but during the installation Manuel quickly noticed several issues that had been left behind by previous plumbers. Instead of simply completing the faucet installation and moving on, he took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explain everything clearly, and recommend the best solution. Manuel’s knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly impressive. He identified problems that could have caused much bigger issues down the road and addressed them quickly and efficiently. What stood out most was his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Not only did Mint Plumbing provide exceptional service, but they also offered an amazing deal for the additional work that was needed. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service, but Mint Plumbing does exactly that. If you’re looking for a reliable plumbing company, I highly recommend Mint Plumbing and especially Manuel. Their expertise, integrity, and commitment to doing the job right have earned a customer for life!
Very skilled and dedicated team.
