Kosta from Mitro responded promptly to my job request. Provided a very reasonable estimate. Replaced four facet retrofit stem and two shut off valve and tightened out kitchen facet as well. High quality work and very flexible with meeting my specifications and expectations. Thank you Kosta. Note: Kosta is not a licensed plumber and he on his way to get his license. He much better than any licensed plumber.

Excellent work! I hired Mitro to investigate a slow leak in my shower, and he handled it quickly and professionally. He diagnosed the issue right away, and provided a quick fix. While he was here, I also asked him to take a look at a pipe under my kitchen sink that had been giving me some concern. He checked it out thoroughly and gave me honest, clear advice on what it needed.
Unfortunately the toilet did not flush in its own like it does while he was here but he did fix the valve and he did try to wait to see if he could hear the flush
Konstandin responded quickly, provided a reasonable quote, and came the next morning (Sunday) to get the kitchen faucet replaced. I would definitely recommend him and will definitely use him for future jobs.
I have a tenant that had a clogged sink and they were able to fix it despite all the scheduling issues my tenant had with meeting the technician (the issue on my tenant side).
Great work and even better professional! Highly recommend!
Excellent work and very professional. Will definitely be calling him for any future work. Had all the tools and plumbing parts to finish the job. Very happy
He was punctual and completed the job throughly. He did extra small stuff that was not included. He cleaned the job site nicely before leaving .I would 100% recommend him for any plumbing job you have .

Kostandin was super responsive and attentive! I had an emergency re: an Airbnb I manage and he was able to work on it immediately!! I will continue working with him!!
Prompt service. Very professional and great service cleanup as well.
Had a great experience with Kostandin! I hired Kostandin to replace a faucet and to fix a leaking wall-hung toilet. Kostandin responded quickly and professionally to my inquiry and all subsequent communications. He and his colleague arrived on time, fixed all the issues and charged me a fair price for his services. I will definitely hire Kostandin for any future plumbing work and recommend him for your project.
