I had my roof replaced by another company and needed a professional inspection because the workmanship of the parts of the roof I could see was very shabby. Orlando did an excellent job. I really wish that Orlando had installed the roof instead of the other company! Remember to call Mj renovations LLC

This is the first time I worked with this company and I have to say the service I was given was great. I worked with Orlando who met me at my house promptly when he said he would be there. Once we met, he explained everything to me as far as the different services he recommends for my home. He was very knowledgeable and was very friendly. He was very easy to deal with and replied to all my inquiries quickly. I have already recommended him to my neighbors and will use his services again for future jobs. Thank you!
Quick response for a roof leak inspection and repair, and great communication and transparency throughout the process
The team from MJ were very professional and responsive to my knee as a customer and provided quality material in a timely manner that I hope will stand the test of time here in these Maryland weather. It wasn’t too pricey for the minor fixes, and they provided me an estimate of the current house siding for future add-ons.
Very nice, professional, responsive and helpful. Explained everything to us. Would hire again.
He inspected my 4 month - old roof and declared it was peeliing off, no flashing done, most tiles buckling and a real water leak hazard. He did good work for me.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! I had a leaky attic fan on my roof that was causing water to come inside, and this company did an absolutely amazing job fixing it. From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and clear about what needed to be done. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and explained every step so I felt confident in the repair. Not only did they patch the leak perfectly, but they also inspected the surrounding area to make sure everything was sealed and secure for the long term. Since the repair, we’ve had heavy rain, and not a single drop has come through—problem solved! It’s rare to find a company that’s this reliable, thorough, and trustworthy. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or maintenance. They turned a stressful problem into a stress-free experience.
Orlando was very professional and will likely be helping me work things out with my insurance company as they have been difficult about my roof! I am looking forward to finding out other renovations he can contribute towards in my new home
Came on time, didn't waste time, and gave time for questions. Got an inspection for insurance renewal. Orlando gave recommendations and even caulked up an area that needed it
Orlando responded quickly and was able to meet my 48 hour timeline. He did a thorough assessment of the house and sent an estimate same day. Work is scheduled within a week of the inspection!
These guys are amazing fast responding time accurate fast and professional for sure I will recommend
