Reviews
I will add responsiveness here since I was only allowed to choose three items. MJE Catering is an exceptional company to do business with, from the initial contact to the final cleanup. Delicious food, professionalism, and uniforms. I will absolutely use them again!
From the very first tasting to the final plate served at my 50th birthday celebration, they were absolutely phenomenal. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and had my guests talking all night. Every detail felt intentional and done with care. What stood out most was how well they listened. They understood the vision for my milestone celebration and delivered exactly what we discussed. No confusion, no last-minute surprises, just smooth execution. Their professionalism was top tier. Timely, organized, responsive, and calm under pressure. On a night that meant so much to me, they showed up and showed out. If you want a caterer who brings flavor, class, and reliability to your event, this is your team. They helped make my 50th unforgettable.
We engaged MJE's services for an event in at our home for about 45 guests. We used the servers to refresh the food, tend to our guests, and clean up. We also used the bar services. We were very pleased with the quality of the food (she offered a pre-tasting to confirm our selections), her staff's professionalism, and the presentation. All was superlative! We'll be using her again! I highly recommend MJE!
AWESOME, DELICIOUS, FANTASTIC!!!! MJE catered our wedding and the food was absolutely amazing. All guests have it five stars. Our selection is attached. Our guests will use MJE for their events. Thanks so much MJE.
Mercedes and her team catered our recent wedding and the food/service was fabulous! The stuffed chicken was especially a hit among guests. I’d highly recommend MJE Catering and would use them again in the future.
I contracted with MJE to cater my 50th High School Reunion and they were fantastic. I could only call out three categories above on why I liked working with them, but their professionalism and punctuality were also outstanding. From the first on-line contact to the follow up conversations with Mercedes, their service and responsiveness were excellent. If the service was great, the quality of the food may have been better. From the presentation and maintenance of the food table to the congeniality of the bartenders, MJE hit it out of the park. I don't leave many reviews for services I have contracted, but I couldn't resist touting MJE. If you're looking for a full-service caterer, look no farther, MJE is "that pot of gold" at the end of your search.
Thank you for helping us host such a great event!!! We look forward to having you back.
The food and service was wonderful. Everyone loved the items we had, but I think they would have loved anything Mercedes would have made.
I had a last minute order for an event within 3-4 business days and Mercedes handled my order promptly and with ease. I was frantic because I had a caterer back out but when I told her how much food I needed, she was very accommodating. She was amazing - highly recommended.
