About MKS Construction LLC
MKS Construction has been roofing homes across Lancaster County since 2003. We're a GAF certified roofer and a small, 5-person team, so the people who give you the estimate are the people who show up to do the work. When you call, we come out, look at your roof in person, and give you an honest assessment. If it only needs a repair, we'll tell you. If it's time for a replacement, we offer three-tier pricing so you can choose the option that fits your home and budget, with no pressure. If you have storm or hail damage, we can help you through the insurance claim process. We back our work with a workmanship warranty, keep the job site clean, and take pride in doing it right the first time. Free estimates, no travel fees, and repairs start at $350. PA license PA007524.
Reviews
Marlin was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional during the entire process. His team was efficient while completing the roof project and I would highly recommend this company to anybody/everyone looking for roofing services.
If you need a roof this is the company you want. Super great the workmanship is unbeatable. Call them meet Marlin and you won't regret it
Marlin and his team did an amazing job. He was very easy to work with and had most competitive pricing. Vendor documents had to be submitted to the township for approval, and he took care of them very quickly and there was a vendor fee to the township which he paid and didn't charge me for it. His team showed up on time and completed the work on time. The quality of the work is amazing. Will certainly hire him again for any new work.
Great experience, reasonable pricing and extremely responsive. Roof was complete and cleaned up quickly and the whole experience was seamless.

We had roof damage from today’s wind. MKS responded almost immediately and showed up 30 minutes later. 15 minutes later, Marlin was on the roof performing the repair. Very happy with the responsiveness, the price, and the quality job. I’d recommend MKS without reservation!
