James and his crew did an excellent job. Very professional and highly efficient. Really appreciated how they were very conscious about cleaning after the job. They made every effort to prevent anything going over to the neighbors property. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding results. MK Yard Services, LLC consisted of 2 workers who did a superb job with only minimal guidance on our preferences...they knew what we wanted done and how. I'd recommend M Yard Services, LLC to anyone interested in having your yard serviced with quality results and completed in timely manner. They're really that good!!!
Absolutely amazing work crew. Great price, positive attitude and hardworking. Best my lawn has looked in years. Absolutely the best!!!
Very happy with the full yard cleanup with James. Highly recommend
Easy negotiation, on time and efficient. Completed project satisfactorily.
They did a great job cutting the grass, removing grass from planted areas, removing dead heliconia plants, removing plants growing in the walkway or the lawn, removing weeds, and trimming hedges. They cleaned up and hauled away the green waste when they were done.
We absolutely loved the work James did. It was such a relief to finally get everything taken care of and off our hands. We have a small patio, and the weeds had completely taken over, but after his visit, it feels like a whole new space. We’re actually excited to go outside and enjoy our yard again. We’ll definitely be rebooking—his work truly speaks for itself.
Awesome Yard Service!!! Super happy with the work they did!!! On time and they did a great job. Highly recommend!
James was very professional. He was on time; in fact, he was early. He did all the work that I pointed out to him in the inspection prior to him completing the job. I would definitely have him back on a regular basis.
I hired MK’s Yard Services to do general landscaping (lawn mowing, trimming of plants, and laying plastic weed barrier down). I would have rated this landscaping service 5 stars, however after the service was completed, all of the plastic weed barrier immediately lifted because it was not laid down properly. Because of that weeds grew like crazy all over my yard. I contacted them to come back to please fix it and was repeatedly told no. Unfortunately, I do not recommend using this service.
James is great, very reliable and responsive, and always delivers!
