The repair was completed much faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was excellent. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I truly appreciate their prompt service and professionalism. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about irrigation needs. He realized my system was not properly set up to cover all areas of the lawn. He made all needed adjustments and added additional zones where needed. He was prompt and professional. I highly recommend him.
I had a fence gate that would not stay closed. Mark came by and provided three options on the repair at different price points. We selected the one that we could afford and he did an excellent job. Will definitely use him again.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Mark for being absolutely incredible with my dog. Mark has a calm, confident, and intuitive way of working with dogs that immediately puts both the dog and the owner at ease. Watching him work was honestly impressive — clear direction, positive engagement, and real understanding of dog behavior. My dog responded beautifully to him (sit, jump, focus, leash work), and you could see how proud and happy he was during training. What really stood out to me was Mark’s patience and encouragement. He didn’t rush, didn’t overwhelm, and didn’t use fear or force — just structure, consistency, and genuine care. He took the time to explain things and made me feel confident that my dog can absolutely get to where he needs to be. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands dogs, builds trust quickly, and delivers real results with kindness and professionalism, I can’t recommend Mark highly enough. I’m so grateful for his help and support.
We hired MNA to renovate our completely disrepaired floating dock. The project was quite complex, as the dock had to fit into a preexisting structure. We had brought templates of the dock before hiring MNA. After the dock was assembled and ready to fit into the existing frame, we encountered issues of size. Fortunately, Mark from MNA was highly skilled and clever, and he quickly came up with a solution. The project was very laborious, but MNA was able to complete it without compromising on quality. If I had known how skilled Mark was, I would have had a home-built dock from scratch. My only qualms are that we had to compete for his services. However, given his exceptional skills, he is well worth the investment. He is a truly remarkable contractor.
