We liked working with Herlin and his guys on 3 tile projects. He had very fair pricing and finished the projects in a timely manner. We will be hiring him for a few more projects.
Herlin hung some light fixtures for me and took down a few as well as repairing the ceiling where they were removed. He did an amazing job. Was great communicating throughout the process. Very pleased!
Herlin and his team are stellar!! I contracted Moda Casa to replace tile flooring with LVP throughout the entire first story of our home. Not only is Herlin super communicative, but his attention to detail is impeccable and his work quality is excellent. We also were on a tight timeline — him and his crew went above and beyond to turn a very labor intensive project around as scheduled. Very professional and thoughtful. I highly recommend Moda Casa and will absolutely be using them for future projects!
Responsive and fair price. However, my doors were hung upside down and the job took longer and the doors look bad until I get them painted. I was also charged for hardware on the doors even though we discussed me not having it before I was quoted a price.
Did a great job installing our tile and backsplash in the bathroom
Showed up when he said and took care of the task
I am very impressed with both work done and speed. Truly excellent.
Herlin and his team did an amazing job installing new flooring and trim in my house. Herlin was easy to work with, always quick to respond, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. The workmanship was great, and everything turned out even better than I expected. I really appreciated the communication and attention to detail. I plan on hiring Herlin and his team again for future projects and would highly recommend them.
Quick response. Best reasonable quote. Completed job rapidly and efficiently base on our schedules. Looks great! (We agneed to mop it after the grout dries fully.) Very nice and very professional. Highly recomended.
Excellence service for a very fair price. Quality work. He helped us update a bathroom. He replaced a vessel sink/faucet, changed out light fixture and bathroom hardware. He was great to work with in terms of ease of communication and responsiveness. We will definitely be using his services again for upcoming projects.
Really satisfied with everything! I got exactly what I expected. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire Herlin and his team again! Great job!
