As a first-time fence owner, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Eduardo and his team made the entire process seamless. Eduardo was highly responsive, answered every question, and immediately put me at ease. The team was punctual, organized, and remarkably clean—they ensured the workspace was tidied at the end of every day. The final product is high-quality, and I’ve already received numerous compliments from neighbors. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and workmanship, and I am already planning to hire them for future landscaping projects.

they rescheduled the first appointment because they had a headache and then never showed up for the rescheduled time. no call no text no nothing
What an incredible job Eduardo and his team did on our patio. They were prompt and professional. I will use them in the future for any landscaping or concrete work. I thought his pricing was fair and reasonable. They cleaned up after they were done with the patio. Excellent service. If I could give more than five stars I would.
Edwardo and team communicated well and met my expectations. They understood my budget and completed the project. The site was cleaned up and I would recommend his team!
They were extremely professional and did an excellent job on the Patio.
Eduardo is a really nice guy, he came out, gave me a quote, a design for my patio and a good price, I couldn’t say no. Highly recommend
Eduardo and his team were responsive and finished the job on time and in short order. I would recommend Modern Construction and Landscaping for any patio or landscaping job. Great service and attention to detail. Thanks again
Eduardo and his team did an excellent job. I hired them to demolish a shed, lay a new concrete slab, and erect a new shed. The demolition and concrete were completed today. They were on time and didn’t stop working until the job was done perfectly. His pricing was extremely competitive and his service was top notch. I highly recommend Modern Construction!
Eduardo and his team were great! He was punctual, his work quality was really good. He was both responsive before and after the job I was very pleased with the job he did for us.
Eduardo and his team from Modern Construction and Landscaping did a great job installing our new patio. Couldn't be happier with the results!
Amazing quality of work! Professional from beginning to finished product. Definitely recommend and will be using again for future projects.
The weather did not help these guys out much, they still showed up and worked in the rain They did what they could under the conditions I guess. Shop around when looking to have work done around your home, this company will get done what you need.
Sent them my project info. Got a text back to setup time & day. It was confirmed by company rep., no one came, called or texted on the day & time agreed upon.....If your company was texting me, your company was trying to text me on my landline phone which does not accept text messages. A good business practice is if there's no response one way, try another way, like call the number or try an email message. If you go back on your cell phone we started communication by cell phones for this project on 6/23 & 6/24 of this year. We set up a day & time for your company to come out....NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO SHOW....after a week of no response from your company, you got a 1 star rating, what did you expect.
Eduardo and team were phenomenal. I had a budget, didn't really know what I wanted, and he guided me step by step and even suggested things to consider in my design. He was extremely thorough throughout the whole project. The before/after pictures speak for themselves!
Rude and disrespectful for no reason
Loved the work. Highly Recommend
Easiest review I've written in a long while! I am over the moon happy with Eduardos work. His work just also received kudos from our Chimney contractor exclaiming how nice it looked. I just bought my house and was experiencing leaks in the basement after every heavy rain. I initially thought the leak was coming from the chimney clean out access door. Eduardo came, evaluated, gave me a free estimate and because I'd researched parts and labor, scheduled immediately. He arrived in the morning and was done just before 3 and completed my job. He also took the time.e to fill in other low spots in the yard. I really appreciate the underground drainage system he added and am actually looking forward to the next big rain! As we were closing out, he offhand mentioned patio work so, I took him to the back to talk about what can be done back there. Needless to say, I can't wait to use his services again to beautify our home. I dont need fancy landscaping yet, I just need help with the basics, cleaning out old shrubbery and making sure my basement stays dry! Very happy. Here's a few before and after pics.+
Eduardo and his crew did a great job installing the concrete sidewalk around my house.
