So appreciated James's thoughtful planning and resposiveness. We decided an approach in advance, agreed on flexibility, met on time, and got everything done perfectly.

About Modern Home Luxuries
I'm James. For the past 5 years, I have been selling and moving beautiful furniture in and out of homes, washing and sprucing up furniture, and unboxing/assembling large pieces. For hauling, I have a 25 foot electric Chevrolet Brightdrop with a 14 foot cargo area. If you need something picked up, cleaned up, or built up, let me know!
Reviews
5/5. Hire James without any doubts. He moved a sofa set and a ping pong table flawlessly. He is professional, punctual and respectful.
James is very easy to communicate the needs with. He’s attentive, thoughtful and punctual in getting things done. Highly recommended!
I had an excellent experience with this move job. Everything was thought out and executed with great skill and knowledge about leverage and moving furniture. A hard worker that I can respect.
James was amazing in helping me with an urgent move out. He was on time and handled everything perfectly. I didn’t even have to lift a single box! Would recommend James for your move
He is definitely a professional that I will hire again
Easy communication. Job done in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!
James was incredibly careful with delivering our furniture and kept us in the loop on ETAs. I really appreciated his professionalism (and he has an awesome truck!)
I highly recommend using this business not just for your moves, but for anything and everything else including buying furnitures. My experience has been nothing but amazing, made my day and made my furniture move feel easy. 10/10!
I’m very glad I chose Modern Home Luxuries for a recent small move of furniture, boxes and miscellaneous. I’m an older person and especially appreciated the owner’s extra effort to keep working when faced with a downpour of heavy rain and the work was done with care.
