Although I didn’t use them, they responded quickly and was professional in our dealings.
Very responsive to messages. I should have clarified pricing. I did get a note that there is an $80 visit cost, and because the job was so simple, I assumed that would be the cost. When it was time to pay and I had to pay like $145, I noted the $80 visit fee and Cody said that was incorrect and it is more expensive, and the unlock cost added up. This seems really high to me (admittedly first time to use a locksmith). So, got the results with a responsive communicator, but the cost seemed somewhat out of line. I recommend Cody though -
Morgan Adams was timely and worked steadily to get two difficult and hard to reach locks drilled out. I would recommend her.
Great experience working with Modern Locksmith. I highly recommend them.
Great communication skills. Responsive. Friendly customer service. On time. Once Kyle completed the project, he even brought in a vacuum to clean the mess that was made. Highly recommended.
On time, good price, good job and that’s all I could have asked for.
Was so happy he rekeyed my house and also got me an extra key for my car. Great service!!
