I was very disappointed with my experience. The company provided a quote based entirely on photos that I sent him. He specifically said the photos were sufficient and did not need to come out to see the room in person. I provided detailed pictures showing the condition of the walls, including the cracks and other areas that needed attention, and I was told that everything could be addressed within the quoted price. When he arrived, he spent approximately 25 minutes looking at the room and then told me the price would need to be nearly 100% higher than the original quote. At that point, he had already started scraping the walls. I understand that unexpected issues can sometimes arise once work begins, but in this case, the condition of the room was clearly visible in the photos I provided before the quote was given. Substantially increasing the price once the work had started is not professional and shows poor management on their end and the entire industry. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability for the original quoting process and the fact that I was put in a very uncomfortable position after the work had already begun. I was working within a specific budget and would not have agreed to the job at nearly twice the quoted price. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again.
