Reviews
Had 9”x48” vinyl plank flooring installed in 4 rooms plus 2 hallways. Had to have carpeting plus some old wood flooring removed. Our installer Erik did a wonderful job including leaving the house immaculate. Thank you ModiFloors for a job well done.
We recently had our carpet replaced with wooden flooring, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented. The installation was clean and efficient, and the final result completely transformed the space. The quality of workmanship truly shows. Highly recommend their services!
they placed bad wood on the floor, they layed down wood that was already deteriorated. cheap woods. they patched the wood with wood patches.
Happy with the work. Had to have a new sub-floor built due to the previous one being dry-rotted.
I recently had my floors done by Modifloors. The team did a great job. Isabelle was a great coordinator of the work and I appreciated the way that she kept in contact with me. The guys had to remove old peel and stick tile which had been covering my hardwood floors for 20 years. They did a phenomenal job, and I am very pleased with their work. I will be hiring them again in the future.
I had great experience with the ModiFloors Team; Igor, Isabella, Ithalo, and Alex (my apologies if i misspelled any of your names). They were friendly, cooperative and on top of the job. They were able to successfully sand and refinish my bedroom floors in just 1 business day, and the floors really look beautiful and refreshed. It makes the rooms look complete, and ready to be furnished. Thank you ModiFloors!
They turned over this project so quickly. Turned my floors from damaged to rich and smooth. Loved working with them!
My floors are absolutely stunning. Igor is wonderful to work with and very responsive to texts. All of my questions and concerns were answered
ModiFloors did an amazing job refinishing all of the floors in our new home! They responded very quickly, came for an estimate, and were able to fit us into their schedule super fast. They also moved the timeline up a day due to our schedules which was great. The floors look awesome - we also really appreciated the fact that they did a test of 3 stains ahead of finishing so we could get a sense of how they would look in the room. Highly recommend!!
