He came out the same day I submitted my Thumbtack request and did everything he could to troubleshoot and repair my oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. He worked quickly, found a simple fix, and didn’t overcharge me. He was polite, professional, and very informative. I left the appointment understanding my appliances better and feeling confident that the repairs were done properly. Excellent service from start to finish!

Moe was on time, very knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, had come with the necessary equipment and parts. He was efficient in his work and cleaned up after the job was completed. I highly recommend him and would hire him again.
More owes me 131.00 dollars for a job that wasn’t done. I gave me a 235.00 check and since he couldn’t complete the job, I’m entitled for a refund. It was a check and I haven’t received the 131.00 that’s owed to me. I’m a senior citizen and I trusted Moe to do the job and return money not used. I ended up not needing the service. I must share, however, that THIS is how all service experiences should be. He offered many flexible options for the call. He sent reminders (which I need!) about his visit. He offered an earlier time instead of just showing up, and he was completely understanding when I shared that we fixed the issue ourselves. I will definitely work with him again.
