I hired this company to replace my bathtub and the experience was far below what I expected. The finished work has problems: uneven caulking, a poorly sealed edge, and When I raised it, I got excuses instead of a fix. I paid a premium price for a result I wouldn't call finished. I can't recommend them. 0 star

While he responds quickly, he does shoddy work. He replaced my drain and overflow plate but didn’t secure the overflow plate properly leading to a leak that caused dry wall damage in my kitchen. After reaching out about this, he was very argumentative and accused me of being a scammer. I had to hire a licensed plumber to do an official report and will need to hire a dry wall person as well.

Mohammad was very responsive from the moment I placed the request. He communicated with me through the planned appointment. On site, he diagnosed my issue and was quick to fix it in less than an hour. He’s father was with him and they did a great job restoring my water heater problem. I would recommend him without hesitation.
These are crooks. Run a mile from this guy. Firstly, he is not a plumber. Supposedly his father, who does not speak much English, is a plumber. They contracted to do a job for me. After doing a fraction of what they were supposed to do, they demanded payment of half of the total. I gave them 1/3. He then insisted that 2 valves on my hot water heater and my main water shut off valve were bad, and that they needed an additional $1k to change them (not including materials). I told them I would not pay that and they came down to an additional $500. When I challenged his claim that my main shut off valve was bad, he pointed to the fact that water was still trickling out of my kitchen faucet, as proof that the valve was bad, even though it had been turned off. The next day when he was supposed to change the valves, I challenged him about the main shut off valve again and told him that of course the water in the pipes would have to drain after turning it off. At that point he denied having told me that it needed to be changed and told me that he had only been talking about the 2 valves on top of the hot water heater. The next day, he arrived 4 hours late, without benefit of a call. He did not attempt any of the unfinished jobs. He just changed the two valves and demanded immediate payment of the $500 and became aggressive about it. He also arrived with a bag of pipe fittings, which could not have been for my job, since he had ordered $330 worth of materials the previous day from Home Depit and I had paid by credit card, as I had informed him from, the beginning that I intended to do. He demanded to be reimbursed for the $80 of unauthorized purchases. Thankfully, I did not give him that. I just reviewed the initial printout for the $330 purchase and the additional receipt. It includes tools (wrenches, etc.) and mattresses covers. He is a crook! He is also disrespectful to females. stay clear of Mohammad. He left without finishing my job.
