Came out to look at damaged roof tiles and made the repair the same day at a fair price.
Moises gave me a clear explanatuon of what was included in his service. The joo was not time consuming and offered to do on the spot. Once done, he took pictures to show his work. He also gave me some feedback on the condition of the roof and when it should be replaced.
They did a really good job at repairing my leaking roof. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.
Mr. Ramos did not bother to respond to my request. A courtesy reply is ideal to build and maintain a clientele.
We had a portion of our roof replaced on our house. Moises showed up on time and did a great job. He removed the old portion of the roof and replaced the rotted sections with new materials. He matched the existing roof with new asphalt shingles and flashing. I would hire him again.
I want to update my original review because after consideration, I think overall he and his brother did a good job and I want to be fair. They did work hard to complete the job in 1 day (his urgency, not mine.) I was disappointed to discover that they didn't paint all 6 sides of the cedar fence planks as I requested (per HOA rules). Also, when some of the boards were bowing after just one week due to not adding a middle frame support, I contacted Moises and he said he only quoted adding (2) 2x4 supports. While that is true, only adding framing on top and bottom wasn't enough support. After I sent photos, Moises said it is normal for boards to warp. But the middle support would have prevented it! Eventually, Moises was willing to come back and look at the fence. If you hire Moises, expect a good worker who will show up on time and get the job done.
Excellent experience. Moises completed the fence and gate in about 6 hours and it looks great. Strongly recommend Moises for fence replacement . Everything was completely cleaned up after project was completed
Experience was great. Moises arrived with all equipment to replace the fence and gate which now are better than before. Job wads completed in about 6 hours- 5’ fence- 67’ plus gate and hasp. Very satisfied with the the professional team and job completion
Moises came out removed the old fence and replaced it in one day. The fence turned out beautiful, there was no debris left behind. I would definitely hire him again. 1000% satisfied.
Moises returned my call promptly, Came out to do a site inspection quickly and provided a quote for repairs within 30 minutes. I am an experienced roofer, framer, and construction professional and held a California roofing contractor's C-39 license for 16 years. Moises is not a licensed contractor and as such is not legally allowed to do work for over $500. I hired him for small repairs to replace some broken clay roof tiles which I provided. His workmanship was fine for small repairs. I only wanted a repair that would get me through this winter and plan to replace the roof next summer. He performed that work in a satisfactory manner. Thumbtack should not allow unlicensed contractors to advertise on their site.
Moises was excellent to work with in solving a leak issue in a complex are of the roof. It also included removal of 2 solar panels to correctly repair this location. Highly recomend
Moises got on my roof and identified and remedied issues found during inspection of a home.
Did a great job fixing the roof. Very helpful. We are extremely pleased with the work that Moises did and will recommend him to others in the future. Came out promplty after the rains and started the work right away. Finished up quickly, left the place clean. Did a little extra and the price was good.
Moises and his partner do good solid work at a fraction of the cost of the larger shops, as they don't carry the overhead, etc. Highly recommend. In fact, I immediately referred and introduced him to a neighbor for the same type of tile shingle repair.
