Mold Scan, inc.

I cannot say enough good things about Geo. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he genuinely cared not just about doing his job, but about us and our situation. He spent hours thoroughly inspecting every part of our home, leaving no corner unchecked. He took his time, explained everything in detail, and made sure we fully understood what he was seeing and what it meant. What truly sets Geo apart is his integrity. He never once pressured us into additional services or tried to upsell anything. Instead, he focused on educating us, answering every question patiently, and making sure we felt informed and supported. During an incredibly stressful time, he brought clarity and calm, which meant more than he probably knows. Geo is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate qualities that are rare to find all in one person. If you are dealing with mold concerns and want someone you can truly trust, Geo is the person to call. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone I care about.
