Excellent experience! Luis and personnel, skilled, knowledgeable , professional. Complex job accomplished with clean timely straightforward efficiency. Happy to recommend without reservation.
Really helpful, great communication, and came in with the best quote overall. Very happy with their work!
Mold X were great to work with. An upstairs resident had flooded their kitchen, causing severe leaking in the unit below it. Mold X were very knowledgeable of water damage and fungal growth and explained all of our questions and concerns so we felt confident and comfortable the mitigation would be done right. Mold X were very pro-active and helpful, going out of their way to make sure everyone involved fully understood the scope of the problem and knew how to prevent the water damage from extending in the future. On top of that, they were very friendly and accommodating of the special request we had for them, especially as our tenant requested the job was done in a way that was less intrusive for her day to day activities. Overall, I would highly recommend them. Water damage is not anything you ever want to deal with, but if it happens to you, I’d recommend you to work with honest and knowledgeable people like Mold X! Would hire again 👍
Luis was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable. I’m very grateful for his help!
Got water leak in a newly purchased home and it was a very stressful experience. I asked MokdX to assess the damage and provide an estimate. Owner Luis responded right away and was at the site in less than an hour. He assessed the situation, traced the leak along with a plumber to a loose clean out plug. Once the leak was fixed he explained the situation to me, provided a very reasonable estimate. The work is now completed and the damaged areas look like new again. Thanks Luis. You saved the day for me
Luis & his team not only did an incredible job getting the mold out of our house, but also rebuilt all the damaged areas to good as new. Everyone was kind, considerate & did great work. Luis was a great leader and was very communicative. Would work with them again.
Luis and his team did a fantastic job with an extensive mold problem in our home. They were quick, professional, and kept their areas clean. They were very responsive and open to any questions and accomadations we had, and the price was very reasonable. Great contractor to work with!
Luis and his team did a great job helping me and my family through a major water over-flow at our house. He was responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable. Luis spring into action in a very measured and methodical manner remediating the water damage without simply ripping everything apart. He brings the best of both worlds: big company experience; and the integrity and decisiveness of a small business owner. Thank you Luis.
