Great work, great service, and highly recommended! We were having issues getting our couch down the staircase, and he was able to come out the same day. He quickly disassembled the couch, got it down the staircase, and then reassembled it. I was pleased with the efficiency & professionalism. His pricing was also very fair. He mentioned that he offers a variety of services. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him again if needed!
n/a.I was not impressed. should have done it my self. I have to redo it myself,I was trying to save time on not doing it myself but unfortunately I have to.I have to get the wall texture into the patch and dap it to create the texture and repaint it. I knew that this was what took, so thats why I hired someone, but the job wasnt done as expected.
Was initially reluctant to use them, since he initially indicated he only spoke Spanish but would use Google Translator. But when he came to give me a bid on multiple jobs he brought his daughter who spoke passable English. So far the work he has accomplished was very well done. Definitely knows what he is doing.
Communication could have been improved. I was not told about them not taking cards or checks and there was a conversation thread I did not receive so I had the incorrect hourly rate. But we eventually got in the same page. The gentleman who did the work only spoke Spanish. But he was skilled at what I needed. I just needed an old mailbox taken down and a new one installed. He did a very good job.
I am really happy with the work Juan has done. He was very professional and kept me in loop about his arrival. I would highly recommend!
