These guys did an awesome job fixing my floor. Very reasonable in price.
Some of the repairs were acceptable. I noticed about an area that did not turn out like it should. He did come fix it the first time but the same area was messed up again after the paint dried. I notified once again and got a response that he will need to come back and access the area. When I asked when I received no answer. He is a very polite man but maybe takes on too many jobs at once. Not good at responding. I end up asking Chat gpt how to fix the area.
We can’t say enough great things about Carlos! He knocked out a few projects that had been pending for a while—painting the trim above our stairs (which we could never reach!), installing a new kitchen sink and faucet we absolutely love, and even fixing the light box in our dining room. He’s truly a jack of all trades, and his work speaks for itself. We’re so thankful for him and the team—highly recommend!
