I had a small job putting in a concrete landing outside a side garage door. Montero was one of the few Thumbtack concrete installers that would bid on my project. Communication was very responsive and the work was professional.

Reviews
Excellent work from start to finish! The garage floor looks beautiful, and the epoxy coating was done very professionally. The team was reliable, efficient, and paid attention to detail. We’re happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!
We were pleased with Monteros work. We requested sealing our cracks in the garage and evening out the upheaved area below the garage door so that it came down flush with the concrete base. They were friendly, skilled, and performed this project in a timely manner.
They were very upfront on cost and time. Showed up when expected and finished the work exactly in the time frame quoted. Courteous and friendly. We will most definitely use them again for a few more projects we need tackled. Didn’t get a chance to get a before picture but this was the finished work.
Did a great job and even redid some areas due to unexpected rain.
Damian was very professional and upfront about the process. He explained everything about the project in detail and set realistic expectations. The price was also reasonable. My patio was oversealed and had many white patches. It looks as good as new now. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company
Montero just did a very nice work for us. They were fast, responsive and beat the competition on price. Very punctual and did everything on time. Very rigorous work and paid attention to all the details. They even painted the poles in the middle of the garage. Highly recommend!
Spencer did a great job. He was responsive and punctual. Overall I felt that the end quality was great. We had our garage floor refinished with resin flake and epoxy. Now our garage feels like a room in the house rather than a tool shed. I would absolutely hire them again
They did a great job
We had an excellent experience. A prior company had put too much sealer on our stamped patio. We thought we were going to need to get it sand blasted. It had areas of white haze and was dull. Montero came out gave it a good cleaning and it looked like it had been resealed when it was not.
Awesome experience, they were quick, very courteous, and the final product looks better than I thought! Highly recommend these guys
We purchased our home in June of 2025 and the front driveway/stairs/porch, and the back patio/walkway to the shed had a cracked/chipping concrete overlay on it that was very slippery when wet. I needed to get these fixed and non-slip before winter. I had a few concrete estimates and they were outrageous! Started researching commercial grade epoxy and requested a few quotes. I am so glad we went with Montero Surface Prep! Spencer & Damien were great to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and communicated everything along the way. They are reasonably priced so people like us can afford to repair issues. I can't wait to save and get my garage done next year. And I have already recommended them to friends/family!
The job was completed with great quality. I would highly recommend them. Very responsive and responsible.. they also added extra fixes as needed and also fixing some cracks within the original estimate.
They were great! Very nice and great recommendations!
These guys were amazing !!!! I was super happy with the end result.
Spencer and Damien did amazing work. They were polite and professional and the final product was fantastic! I would absolutely recommend using them.
