Great experience working with Montiel Construction. They were very responsive and easy to work with for scheduling. The quote was accurate and they were willing to negotiate on price and scope of the work. The guys got the job done very fast and it looks very professional. I'd work with them again in the future.

Had a great experience with Montiel Construction. They did a great job on my patio cover and am happy with the results. Communication and responsiveness was excellent too. I wont hesitate to hire them on future projects.
We had a complicated wall project that the team completed earlier than expected with great communication, great pricing and a high level of professionalism. I recommend this company to anyone looking for respectful, high quality work. Thank you!
Exceeded expectations! Knowledgeable and very professional from start to finish. New construction framework was efficient and detailed. 100% recommend this company
Adriel and his crew move fast and have a solid quality of work. They completed some framing for my garage conversion, and there is still some work to go but happy so far.
Montiel Construction was excellent to work with. He was flexible with our tight schedule, and was able to fit our job in last minute. The recessed fireplace wall came out beautifully, and we are very impressed with the quality. We will definitely hire them in the future!
Very impressed with Montiel Construction’s work. Extremely responsive, listened to my requests and got the job done on time.
I've hired Montiel for two projects and they came through. Vaulted our ceiling and finished framing a door and roof for me. Solid work and definitely someone you can count on to get the job done. Thank you!
I need some framing added to our garage to enclose large appliances. Adriel and his coworker did a great job and within a shorter time frame than expected. After reporting a few set backs to Adriel he was quick to return to my home to fix the issues. Great work for the value, I recommend his services and will use them for the next home project.
Adriel was great! He got the job done effeciently and was mindful of the kids in the house! Will defenitely recommend him to anyone that needs any type of framing or load bearing beam installment! We look forward to working with his team again into he future!
