This was the most awful first time experience I’ve ever had with ANY Designer. She was responsive at first. Ensured she understood my vision; promised as many drawings needed to meet my expectations. As such, I paid a sizable down payment. In the end, MorGur’s General Contractor, Buyrebsell, tried to rip me off by asking for cash payments without a detailed invoice. They demolished my bathroom and left debris at side of my home for days until I called to get them to remove it. I was not pleased with the drawings and made changes which annoyed designer who then complained about my ENERGY and walked off the project. She has not refunded my deposit but with extreme gall, sent me a bill itemizing minutes spent on project. This was a nightmare and unfortunate lesson.
Ms. Gur has an excellent understanding of her clients’ style and their lifestyle. She has a superb understanding of spacial flow and maximizes the appearance and utility of the project space.
