Luckily the problem with my hot tub was a simple fix, they were in and out really quickly! Communication was good, they were punctual, and gave me some bonus tips for caring for my hot tub. I will absolutely contact them again if I have any hot tub concerns in the future!
Pros: Great service, quick to answer, and quick to get the project done. Seems to be quality, professional work. Cons: The project escalated into over $4100 for a new heater, pump, and hot tub cover including labor. I would have preferred to know total cost after the first service call, but after the new heater didn’t fix the issue - they had to replace the pump as well. The price doesn’t bother me as much as the unpredictability of it escalating throughout the process. I’d suggest asking them up front for total worst case cost
I ended up not needing the repair, but they responded so fast and help me in determining whether the heater should be replaced. Thanks for your help explaining what to look for and to look out for.

Kris and his wife were amazing! They did a wonderful job and I will definitely have them back for more spa work. They were friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They always were updating me on their arrival time so there were no surprises.
