First time using Mother. I had a clogged kitchen drain when I had dumped whole food pieces down the garbage disposal which caused water to backup. I tried fixing it first but p trap was tricky and a lot of water was leaking out so I left the job to the pros. I was hoping for a Saturday appointment but they were able to come Sunday morning. Tech Krista Bagsley did an amazing job! She found the root cause and within 30 minutes the clogg was cleared. She gets 5/5 stars for me. The reason the company gets 4/5 is because they use an AI bot that was sending me extra text messages and was still asking me if I needed a quote even after the job had been completed. They have real human reps but the one that handled my appointment made me feel rushed. I kept saying I did not want 8am - 10pm they were about to dispatch at 8:30. Then we agreed on 10am - 12pm. They called again and said if they stop by in 18min? I said no closer to 12pm. They dispatched at 11:30am. All in all not a bad experience but there's room for improvement. Again, Krista was awesome!

When our regular plumber couldn't make it out to us I found Mother. They sent Marcus out that same day to look at our issue. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! The next evening Grant came out to do the work and for being at work that day since 6am he was so friendly. Mother saved us and we are very appreciative! We would highly recommend this company.
Nice job but really expensive. Replaced two outside faucets and it cost $930!
These guys really knew their stuff, found out it wasn't a pipe repair, after all, it was my hot water heater, which had quit on me, permanently. They arrived, went right to where it was, told me that's what the problem was, turned it & the gas thingy off, to stop the leaks. They also provided another company to check for Mold & Mildew, & that company has a machine running, right now, to help dry out the carpet, as no mold or mildew was found, thankfully :) I'm very satisfied with both companies, how well they did :)
They are great and did a fantastic job! I will definitely use them again. They installed a water line for a fridge and a hot & cold water supply line and drain line so I could install a washing machine in a closet.
