Mario did a great job cleaning up the yard in the front and the back. He was punctual, communicative, and did quick, high quality work. Thanks my man.
Mario at Motivated Maintenance power washed, sanded, and re-sealed our exterior steps, and they look better than they have since we moved in. He responded within minutes, was punctual every visit, and communicated proactively. We'll be hiring him again and highly recommend!
Mario is the handyman I’ve been trying to find for years! Totally and completely competent. Friendly and great vibes. Super professional. I definitely recommend!
Great experience with Mario. Plan to use him for other projects. Punctual, responsive and excellent work.
Mario was friendly, on time, did great work and very responsive!!
Mario is awesome! he was super responsive, worked quickly and did a fab job! Will definitely hire him again soon! I can't tell you how many handymen in the area we have tried. They either don't respond back, "forgot" they said they would show up, and if they do, their work is lackluster and expensive. Mario is going to be our go-to guy. Book him!
Very helpful. Literally saved me at a moment where a corporate organization screwed up logistics and Mario came to the rescue. Thank you Mario!
