Several items were damaged during the move, and instead of informing me, the movers attempted to hide the damage while they were still onsite. There was also damage done to walls and doorframes, and my functional trainer was assembled incorrectly afterward. In addition, the move took 9 hours for a 2-bedroom townhouse and one functional trainer, which seemed excessive. Since the move, I’ve attempted to contact the company multiple times regarding additional damage that was discovered later, but I have yet to receive any response.

Reviews
We loved EVERYTHING about them. They filled a gap during the holiday when another service kept making promises of delivery, but never showed up. Kelli at Mountain was very responsive to our need and worked with me to get the job done. He communicate

5 stars! Great guys, very professional, on time They moved the heavy treadmill upstairs so easily and assembled it quickly! We will definitely use them again! Thanks for a great job!
I contacted Mountain Movers on a Friday to move and assemble a treadmill (approximately 150lbs). We scheduled for them to come on the following Monday. They arrived on time, moved the treadmill with care, and assembled it accurately and timely. I would definitely recommend them and would work with them again for future jobs!
Assembled basketball hoop. Will definitely use them again!
Great job and it wasn’t an easy task, but I appreciate the effort and getting it done on short notice!
Great experience and communication. Quality of work was great too.
The team was beyond awesome as they picked up my gym equipment and arrived on time. They were able to put everything together rather quickly and walked me through everything at the end. Would highly recommend!
They were great! Not only did they come quickly but they were so professional and did the job right. Will use them again! Carried the tread down and assembled!
