We hired Movers on Demand to help us move our furniture out of our home in preparation for some renovations. The communication was always prompt and very friendly, and their work was top notch! Two guys came right on time and made quick work of moving everything to the garage and a couple other areas of our house. Super friendly and strong! I would trust them for a whole house move!

This was the most unprofessional experience we have ever encountered. We hired the team to move our belongings from a storage unit into a moving truck. I signed a contract saying the movers would arrive on site between 8-11 AM. My husband and I were moving out of state and had a going away party planned for 5 PM that day. The team reached out to me the evening before saying they double booked me and I needed to change my slot. I agreed to 12 PM the latest to have everything packed in time. They did not show up at the time agreed upon and I reached out at 12:30 to get their ETA. After an hour of no reply, I reached out to the scheduler and he told us they would probably arrive by 5 PM!! They didn’t end up showing up until 5:45 and we had to cancel our going away party that had been planned for weeks. We also found out from the movers that unpacked the truck that this was the “laziest pack job they’ve ever seen” and they put our white sectional couch fabric side down on the floor of the truck as well as very heavy items on top causing indentations. Our sectional is completely destroyed (see pictures below). We were also promised a 20% refund from the total cost of the service as well as $100 due to everything we had to endure from this team. They are refusing to pay the refund they promised as well as refusing to replace the sectional they completely destroyed. Working with movers on demand was a huge mistake and I strongly advise not hiring this team. They also got into a yelling match with the storage unit management which I have video evidence of.
I hired Movers on Demand for my son's move from Loveland to Westminster, CO. The three-person crew showed up within the 2-hour window, they were courteous and professional, and they expedited the entire one-bedroom apt. move in about 2 1/2 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Working with Movers on Demand has been the best experience with a moving company. I really thought I would need a larger storage unit but when the team came but to assess my belongings they where able to lead me in the right directions and help me save hundreds of dollars monthly I appreciate you guys MOVERS ON DEMAND you just can’t go wrong with these guys!!
It was a horrible move from start to finish. We were moving from a very old town home in a very neglected building after the truck was about a fourth away full the Mover said they saw a cockroaches so they couldn't move anymore. I told them I didn't have anybody else and had to be out that day so they made me pay an additional $700 and they said that way then they would deliver all my stuff to me. When I had first ordered the move I mentioned in antique Virgin Mary statue that weighs probably about a hundred pounds it's concrete I told him I needed that for sure and that they would have to be very very careful with it. Well they ended up leaving that behind. Then they offered to go back and get it but never did. I had to pay someone else $300 to go and get it. I collect wet specimens and skulls. There were definitely some broken items and smashed boxes . After they left my driver called me and said I should be getting about $150 refund back because he overcharged me. I have yet to receive that and I moved on the 1st. I also told them I would want to be reimbursed the $300 that I had to pay to get somebody to move the statue. I have not heard back from them and I moved on the 1st. Will give an update if they come through and rectify the situation.
I recently used Movers on Demand for my move within Thornton and couldn’t ask for a better experience. I was impressed by the free in home quote with the level of detail that they went through to take inventory of our items and how they’d protect them. Scheduling was a breeze and communication throughout was great. They worked tirelessly for several hours until the job was completed. A few minor items were impacted during the move but they were upfront about this and within one week they resolved those items. I really appreciated that follow up to make things right. Speaks to the integrity and commitment to customer service this company has. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Kingsley and the entire team!

Kingsley and Eric did an awesome job! The weather was cold and a bit snowy. However, they handled the inclement weather like champs! I would highly recommend Move on Demand!
