These were by far the worst movers I have ever worked with. They were late, unprofessional, rude, and unprepared. Most of the work was done by my friends. They brought no tools and were rude and lacked adequate communication. They didnt assist in disassembling my furniture, again, because they had no tools. They seemed unsure of whether the items for the move would fit and were unprepared despite being provided a rough inventory of the items that would be moved prior to scheduling services. These are just two guys in a Penske truck. Do not book with them.
Needed someone same day for quick local move within 5 miles involving 10x10 storage room to home. Several bedroom sets a few sofas and tables. Took 2.5 hrs from start to finish with a very reasonable price. Hard working. Also assembled the beds and dresser mirror at new home.

Contacted on Sunday night and the response was immediate. Price & date were quickly set. They moved a 220 lb sugar kettle from my front yard to the back in under 10 minutes. Several moving companies would not move a single item. Highly recommend!
I hired moving and junk removal services to help me move a one bedroom to a studio apartment. I had everything disassembled for them and had stayed up all night after my bartending shift to do so. Once they arrived I gave them a key fob to get up and down the elevator that I double checked worked as they arrived. I told them to call me if they had any issues as I had to pickup my keys and meet them at the new apartment. After an hour and a half and calling multiple times, being sent to voicemail and receiving no answer I drove back to be told the key fob wasn’t working. Again, zero communication on their end even as I reached out. I told them to leave the rest of my things and just get to my apartment as I did not want to pay for 6 hours of moving to move a one bed to a studio 12 minutes down the road. Once we arrived they were frustrated with me that the freight elevator was being used by a moving company that was on time for their 12 pm slot. My pickup was at 8:30. I reserved the freight elevator for 9-12. Their lack of punctuality and communication was blamed on me. I ended up getting so frustrated I was moving as much as possible myself. I am giving them two stars instead of one strictly due to them honoring the 3 hours a was quoted and only having to pay $420 to get incredibly stressed out, sore, and chase movers around all day for 6.5 hours. Severely disappointed and will not be hiring movers again just to end up moving myself anyways.
I’m guessing, whomever I spoke to and scheduled the appointment didn’t tell the two guys who came to move my stuff that I was moving to the third floor. When I showed them where my stuff was going I could see on their faces they weren’t happy. I told them it would be easier to load everything on the truck and drive around to the other side of the building. They said it would be quicker to walk. With them walking, it took 3hrs plus they left to go to Home Depot to get the right equipment to move my washer/dryer. That took 30mins. Job wasn’t finished, they moved most of the heavy items, except my dining table cause I was fed up. I still had a few more storage bins. I was quoted 200-330 for 3hrs. Spoke to the manager/owner again, he agreed that using a truck would be easier and changed the rate to 140$ for using the truck. I was satisfied with that price before the scheduled move out date. Total came out to be 420$- 140$ for 3hrs. But they didn’t use the truck they walked everything over to the new apartment. I had to hire another company on thumbtack to finish the job. And the new guys I hired worked smarter not harder. They loaded everything else that was left on a truck and drove it to my new apartment on the other side of the same building.
This was the worst moving company I’ve ever worked with. They gave me three different prices, demanded the full amount before the job was even completed, and handled my belongings carelessly. They moved my items and just dropped them anywhere without any organization or respect. Completely unprofessional and absolutely not worth the money.
They were 30 mins early then acted like it was my fault, I had to stop them from stacking things on top of canvas paintings, my belongings were haphazardly tossed into black bags resulting in a broken vase, they were on a time limit but didn’t seem to be in any kind of hurry, they went into my fridge and drank all of my cold waters without checking first, and the two men that were sent could barely understand me. When I messaged regarding the broken vase, I got two paragraphs that amounted to “oops, sorry.” Needless to say I will not be rehiring them for future moves.
Where do I start? I have been searching for TWENTY YEARS for a Drexel dresser set and just happened to find one on FB marketplace yesterday in my general area. I wasn’t able to pick the items up myself and my usual mover wasn’t available until next week but they had to be picked up today. I reached out praying for a miracle and boy did your team deliver. You responded immediately, kept in continuous communication about times and access and confirming again this morning. Your team were very punctual and clearly took great care with securing the items to protect them. They were just delivered in perfect condition and I’m over the moon with joy. Thank you so much. Extremely prompt and professional. They worked hard from start to finish and handled everything with care and organization. Even when I wanted to make a few slight adjustments to the order of how things were being placed in my POD, they accommodated everything with no hesitation. Overall, a great company and a great experience. I would highly recommend booking with them.

This was personalized service at its best. Yudiel and Haniel worked very hard and carefully and did everything on my list that they were able to. They were polite and thoughtful. I recommend them to anyone needing furniture or anything else moved around as I did. See before and after photos of one of the jobs which was to clean the garage which they emptied, swept and only put back those items not being disposed of.
