my brother and I are older with many health problems. I was desperate for people to move all of our pod into the house. I called asking for same day service. two wonder young men showed up and move everything into our house and helped with moving two sofas into my brother's truck so we could donate them. I forgot to ask for their names but they were heaven sent angels!!!! Thank you again Moving Masters. I will tell allll my friends and family!!! 🙏🙏🙏💛💛💛

The move was hassle free. Movers were careful with the items. My only complaint is that I paid extra for moving an upright piano, and they didn't have a packing blanket or a four wheel dolly. They should have had one ready, just to make it easier on themselves. But a different mover offered to lend us one, so it all worked out, and the piano is fine. Overall they did a really good job.

Brandon and Julian showed up right when promised, got to work quick and showed courtesy, professionalism, and versatility handling my move. Unexpectedly had to haul my sofa up some stairs. They are top tier movers.

Brandon and his team arrived at my home at the scheduled time. He and his team were very professional and made sure all furniture pieces were move with no damage. Their hourly pricing was very reasonable. If you need a team of Great movers, I would recommend Moving Masters LLC!!

Pros- Brandon was quick to respond prior to the job. Cons- Where do I start? Little back story, my father was 84 and died in Oct. My sister is disabled and I just didn't have the time or mental strength to go through and pack up my dad's condo. So we looked for a crew that could come in and pack it up. In comes Brandon and his crew. There were specific things that I said needed to be packed up. Things I said they could leave. We had POD placed in the drive way and asked if they could load it. Brandon called me and asked if there was furniture that could be left. I told him not to put the 2 couches or the bed in the POD. WHAT DID THEY DO, PLACED THOSE ITEMS IN THE POD. They said they couldn't get anything else in the POD. I had to work the day they did the job so i didn't get to go back over and check things out. When I get there, there was still so much stuff left scattered around. All the pictures were left on the on the walls. I hired them to pack up the house and there was so much stuff still not packed up. They could have packed it and just left it in the garage. I do not recommend.

These guys fought through below zero winds. They were communicative, responsive, and as a fellow craftsman (gunsmith) I know that what they gave my family was worth so much more than they charged. Truly appreciative, can not recommend them enough. Class act.

Would never hire again. They were texting on their phones the whole time to extend the hours. My family and I had to assist with moving as they were moving so slow. They also completely left out a piece of my table and now it’s wobbly. I asked them to come back and they lied and ignored me. If I could dispute them with my bank I would. NEGATIVE.

Brandon and his team did a great job moving my pool table. They were very quick to respond to my request, showed up right on time, and had all the right tools to disassemble and reassemble the table. These guys know what they’re doing. I’d definitely hire them again.

I was highly disappointed when a six foot bed pickup truck pulled down my driveway with my vintage 8 1/2 foot pool table. Their website shows large box trucks to move furniture and large items such as pool tables. They were sent a picture as well as told the size of the table and still only brought a six foot bed pickup to "save gas" as Brandon told me when I questioned why they decided to move my pool table in this truck. No matter what their response is, this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I was embarrassed for them. If my table would have been damaged they could not have replaced it as it is a vintage pool table. I would not recommend them!!!

Brandon with Moving Masters was a great hire to move my pool table. Easy to communicate with and did the job perfectly. He worked with both the seller of the table off of FB Marketplace and myself at both homes. Disassembly, moving, and assembly all went without a hitch.

DO NOT HIRE from this company. This moving experience was by far the worst I have ever experienced and I have used movers multiple times. Brandon, the owner of the company is completely unprofessional and terrible at communication. I understand that he mad a mistake making me waste an entire day waiting for movers that never showed up, but he could have communicated the mess up in a timely manner. I finally gave up and said that they could move me the next day. I gave him an extra hour to be sure I wouldn’t waste my time and money waiting for them. Again, they were late without any communication from Brandon. The movers were coming from approximately two hours away and I did not get any notice that they would be late until I reached out to him. His movers couldn’t get ahold of him when the movers was done to get a bill. He never offered anything to make the situation right.
