I got an extremely fast response from Shawn Davis and his team when I was looking for help moving a dresser. He was prompt in all of his communication and got the team out on the same day. His team did a great job. They were careful and took care when moving this heavy dresser up the stairs. They were considerate of the walls, railings, and floor of the house and they nailed it. Shawn Davis also worked with me to sort through some initial confusion with the details of the move. I appreciated his responsive and thorough communications.
They showed up on time and they did a fast job of moving all my furniture.

within minutes of contacting Thumbtack I was contacted and scheduled for the move the same day! we ended up moving things the next day but the two workers sent were polite and professional.
Cancelled on us at the last minute even after confirming they would be here. Terrible communication, ignored my husbands calls when we were trying to figure out if they were still coming and I called on a different number and they picked up thinking it was a new customer. Not professional with us.
Beware of the “heavy fee” when they show up AND after they agreed on a price beforehand. Ooh Sir sorry this requires an additional heavy fee. Such BS!
Moving n More responded right away to a request and was able to complete it the same day. We had to move a broken fridge out of an ADU and replace it with a new fridge. The team was able to navigate tight doorways and close to 30 steps to maneuver the fridges, and took care of all the sliding glass doors and wooden flooring. Thank you so much!
10/10 would hire again. When I requested them for help I got a call back within MINUTES! Best movers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.They are absolutely hard working and heavy lifted items up my difficult stairs extremely quickly and efficiently. Professionalism from Shawn Davis and his team was top notch. They are not only very kind but have a can do attitude. They went out of their way to do extra work for me that I was embarrassed to ask for bc the items were so heavy! They handled it no problem! I tipped generously because they deserve it. This is my best experience hiring movers. I usually have the military movers do it for me but their quality was not nearly as great as this company. If you’re needing heavy lifting movers, HIRE THEM!!! You will not regret it, I promise you.
